The Mackinac House Boutique Hotel and Above Mackinac Condos are two separate properties in two separate locations. The Mackinac House Boutique Hotel is Located at 7288 Market Street and the Above Mackinac Condos are on Main Street, above Good Day Cafe.  AMC Units 201, 202 & 301 are weekly 7 night rentals in season May through October with check-in and check - out on Saturdays.  3 night minimum required in the off season with the exception of the holiday week between Christmas & NYE (7 nights required). To search for availability choose a Saturday and make sure to put in 7 nights for your stay. Check in time for the condos is 4pm and check out is 10am.  Condo cancellations require a 30 day notice for refund and will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations in the last 30 days will forfeit deposit.  Cleaning fee for the condos of $100 for the 2 bedroom units and $200 for the 4 bedroom unit are not included in totals and will be added to your final bill. 

Mackinac House requires a 14 day notice for cancellations.  No refunds will be given if cancelled with less than 14 days notice, no exceptions.  This will also include any reservations that shorten their stay during this time frame.  If a 14 days notice is given, you will receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.
